Job Description: 
Objective: Responsible for implementing plans to promote diversity & inclusion within the organization. A significant part of the role is to work closely with the D&I council to execute on the D&I priorities. This role requires understanding and awareness of diversity and inclusion issues at the workplace and best practices. As the diversity and inclusion manager, the incumbent will focus on the continual progression of diversity and inclusion policies.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Consult, influence, and provide project management support to the  D&I Council & other stake holders. Monitor and report project progress periodically
•    Act as D&I business partner to different functions in order to bring innovative solutions to create a diverse workplace
•    Partner with HRBPs and other stakeholders to execute the capability / sensitization plans
•    Provide end-to-end project and program management for diversity and inclusion initiatives
•    Partnering with Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract diverse candidates and opportunities to increase HCCB’s employer brand in diverse communities
•    Stay updated on trends & insights, and utilize them to make strategic choices for the business
•    Be the single point of contact for diversity & inclusion dashboard 
•    Articulate, implement and raise awareness of the company´s Diversity & Inclusion policies for internal audiences
•    Accountable for Vendor Management, Project Management & Reporting, Partnering with stakeholders & committees, Trainings, and Stakeholder Engagement

Geographical Scope: PAN India
Reports To: Head of D&I, Labour Relations & Future of Work 
Key Customers:    
Internal Customers: Leadership team, HR Business Partners, Larger HR team
External Customers: Vendors, External Consultants, Trainers
Job Requirements: 
Qualifications: MBA in HR
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing HR functions in large-size organization or multi-national companies. Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred
Functional Skills:
•    Good organization and project management skills for leading and organizing training, activities, and projects
•    Strong hold on D&I practices in the industry
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to handle committees efficiently and achieve outcomes on schedule and with consistency
•    Good managerial and people management skills for leading teams and coach team members
•    Knowledge of labor legislation
•    Ability to work independently, ability to work with diverse groups of people
•    Excellent learning ability and ability to adapt in a flexible, fast paced work environment
•    Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software, Outlook
Travel: Up to 15% of the time
